This dish is pretty easy and quick, you can make it at home and keep it on the freezer for a couple of times (unbaked).
What you will need?
- 100 g textured soya
- 1 onion
- Puff pastry
- 2 spoons coconut milk
- 1 Carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 table spoon curry paste
- 2 cardomom
- Olive Oil
How to do it?
1.Clean the soya with water like on the recipe Best Vegan Burger
2. On a pan braise the chooped onions with cardomom and olive oil. Add the curry and garlic.
3. Cut the zucchini and the carrots in tinny filaments. Add to the onions.
4. Add the soya and leave it cooking. Season it with some salt.
5.Cut the puff pastry into squares like the image
6.Bake it for 20 min 170°C.
