For all you foodies looking for a different but still delicious burger. This recipe is a great option for your transition into a vegan lifestyle. It’s super inexpensive and full of flavour.
What you will need?
- Olive oil
- 200g Textured Soy
- Curry mix
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 15 g Whole wheat flour
- 25g Mushrooms
- Sesame seeds
How you will do it?
1. Put the textured soy in a bowl with water for 5 minutes and then change the water. Repeat this process five times (this will take the intense flavour of soy). Dry the soy.
2.Chop the onion, garlic and mushrooms.
3.Place the onions in a pan with olive oil followed by the garlic and the mushrooms. Season your taste.
4.Mix the mushrooms with the soy seasoning with the curry. Mix the flour untill your mix is good enough to make burger shapes ( do not use to much flour otherwise your burgers will taste like flour).
5.Make the burguer shape and cover it with sesame seeds.
6.Pan fry the burguers and serve with a delicious salad.
